Oversee the setup of old and new plants, including site selection, design, construction, and compliance with regulations.
2. Operation & Maintenance:
Manage daily operations, implement maintenance strategies, and train staff to ensure efficient plant performance.
3. Process Improvements:
Identify and implement process enhancements, integrate new technologies, and monitor performance metrics.
4. Snack Manufacturing Facilities:
Design and equip snack production plants, ensuring they are operationally ready and meet quality standards.
Maintenance and Engineering Manager:
- Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and engineering operations within manufacturing facilities. Ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of equipment and processes while driving continuous improvements and managing engineering projects.
