Head - Machine Shop - Mfg/Engg

We are Antal International, a senior recruitment firm, currently hiring a Head - Machine Shop for an Indian MNC that is into Manufacturing of Engineering Components located in Bangalore.

Essential Attributes

- 10-12 Years of experience in a modern machine shop.

- Hands on experience of handling state-of-the-art CNC Turning Centre, CNC Horizontal and Vertical machining centers.

Job Description

- Handling 20 workmen (in unionized environment) and 5 supporting staff.

- Responsible for output of the Machine shop which includes Product Quality and on time delivery.

- Will also be responsible for process and tool planning activities.

Education

- B.E Mechanical /Industrial Engineering

- PG Course in CNC programming/Tooling
