Job Description : As Head - M&A, you would be responsible for Business Development, identifying potential investment opportunities, financial due diligence, execution of M&A deals, post merger integration and corporate strategy.

Client Details : Our client is a reputed promoter organization, based out of Ahmedabad.

Description :

As Head - M&A, you would be reporting to the CEO. Your key responsibilities would be :

1. Own and drive the M&A projects & other Strategic projects

2. Develop and implement an M&A; process and governance structure

3. Create and implement tools, checklists, and models to evaluate potential partners as part of the assessment and diligence process

4. Establish and lead the diligence process for potential acquisitions, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships by coordinating a cross-functional business team to develop and validate assumptions

5. Identify & develop strategic projects and initiatives. Work cross-functionally on the execution of the strategic initiatives in partnership with other members of the senior leadership team

6. Prepare the organization for post-deal integration and business case realization

Profile : MBA (From Top Universities) / CFA / CA with 15-20 years of experience across Investment Banking (Desk side) or individuals who have worked on large scale M&A deals with large conglomerates.
