- They are growing exponentially and currently looking for an individual to spearhead their inorganic growth, direct expansion plans, possible M&As and JVs.

- Ideal prospect will be a CFA/MBA in finance with 15 years of post qualification experience in a reputed PE/ Investment banking / Corporates, which have focus in electronics and semiconductor industry.

- He/ she should have handled transactions in this domain and should be able to understand the players in this sector, due diligence sourcing, ability to do cross border deals are few of the key requirements.

The role will be based in Bangalore.
