Qualification :

- Candidates should have Master's Degree, such as an MBA (Master of Business Administration) or a master's in finance/CA.

- Candidates should possess industry experience in Consulting, Private Equity Funds, Financial Institutions, Manufacturing, Healthcare/Sciences, or Chemical sectors.

- Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring to assess the financial viability and impact of M&A transactions.

- Proficient in negotiating complex deal terms and agreements with target companies, stakeholders, and third-party partners to achieve favorable outcomes for the corporation.

- In-depth knowledge of the agro/chemical/health sciences industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and emerging opportunities, to inform M&A decisions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute the M&A strategy in alignment with corporate goals and industry trends.

- Lead the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships.

- Conduct thorough due diligence assessments to evaluate the financial, operational, legal, and regulatory aspects of target companies

- Oversee the valuation of potential acquisition targets using various methodologies and financial analysis techniques.

- Lead negotiations with target companies and stakeholders to secure favourable deal terms and agreements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration plans for successfully merging acquired companies.

- Facilitate compliance with all regulatory requirements and legal frameworks governing M&A activities in the agrochemical and pharmaceutical industry.

- Communicate M&A strategies, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders, including senior management, board of directors, and shareholders.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of acquired companies' post-merger, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Manage relationships with external advisors, investment banks, legal counsel, and other third-party partners involved in M&A transactions.

- Benchmark & track deal activity in areas of Agrochemical & pharma.
