Role - Head of Loyalty

Role and Responsibility :
The role of the Head of Loyalty is to be the creative and driving force for the Payment loyalty program development and operation. The Head of Loyalty is to own all existing Agency/Client relationships and manage the Account team, Partnership team and Creative. This includes taking responsibility for all strategic development, P&L, day-to-day, team projects, campaigns, reporting and invoicing - that they are all completed to the highest level of quality, on time and within budget. This is achieved by mentoring your team and adding value to the Client/Agency relationship at a senior level.
- Own, grow and add value to the existing relationship, driving all strategic and business development.
- Motivate and manage the development of direct reports.
- Work with the Technical team and to envisage and develop the rewards loyalty and offers systems
- Work with the Offers and Technology teams ensure they provide the systems and offers for the program
- Approve all briefs & invoices before work commences
- Oversee and approve all final product following development that goes to the Client.
- Ensure that there are no surprises.
Qualifications and Experience :
- This is a senior role and the successful applicant will be dealing with VP and Directors of Various setups the and will be expected to have the highest level communication and relationship skills.
- You will have 10 years of loyalty experience. Thorough knowledge of banking and payback rewards, and a good knowledge of travel and retail rewards systems.
Preferred skills :
- You will have creative experience and experience in leading agency style teams/groups
- Loyalty planning and strategic direction
- Understand how to question BI and data teams
- Possess the work ethic and skills to get everything right
