Logistics & SCM Head

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan & Execute Logistics and Supply Chain Strategies and goals.

- Stakeholders and team Management - Work with top management and other stakeholders, comfortable leading team, manage team huddles, mitigate risks and handle escalations. Should also motivate, hire and develop associates and create a strong team

- Strategize and Drive IT & Non-IT Assets management topics by creating policies, guidelines, standard operating procedures for management of IT and Non-IT assets including Customer Supplier Materials keeping SEZ, STPI norms.

- Will be responsible for the analysis of complex problem cases, as well as develop actions or recommendations to assure sustainable elimination and avoidance.

- Appreciation of technology & best industry practices. Ability to visualize and execute end to end application of technology, keeping user experience at forefront.

- Operational Performance - Track & Review KPIs on a day-to-day basis, maintain SLAs, perform audits and deep dives and present daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly results to senior leadership and influence decisions

- Will be responsible for end-to-end Asset Inventory Management including Physical Asset track and trace

- Effectively communicate at an executive level & Government officials

Basic Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in an IT Supply Chain or Operations environment wherein 10+ years of Managerial Experience with Bachelor's/ Master's degree in supply chain and operations management or a related degree

- Demonstrated experience of managing large teams to drive operational rigor in Logistics and supply chain topics

- Strong analytical, technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and execute many complex tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement

- Demonstrated success in solving analytical problems

- Strong leader who can prioritize well and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization with a shown ability to influence others

- Demonstrated bias for action with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

- Good exposure to working in MNC environment, IT Services with diversified and globalized supply chain

- A self-starter who loves data and who enjoys spotting the trends in it!
