We are a seed stage start-up based out of Okhla, New Delhi. We are in the process of launching the next generation e commerce business. We are business graduates from IIMs & HBS and we are looking for someone who can head the logistics team.

Apply if you have the following details

- Worked in an e commerce startups /e logistics firm / supply chain platforms with a firm knowledge of last mile delivery process.

- Deep understanding of end to end logistics - from customer orders all the way through to customer aftercare service

- Develop and implement detailed processes for every aspect of the service delivery and customer experience including order processing, packaging, delivery, returns, and any other customer needs.

- Up-to-date with latest routing algorithms & order fulfilment strategies

- Attention to detail, strong ability to plan ahead and someone who is not afraid of getting involved into the details

- Provide world class unparalleled delivery and customer service experience for customers

- Entrepreneurial

- You would set up and directly oversee our entire supply chain infrastructure.
