Educational Qualifications: MBA from Reputed college

Responsible for bulk Logistics (Inbound / outbound)

1. Key member of senior management team

2. Managed the international logistics team for importing and exporting

3. Responsible for the developing, documenting, and executing a global comprehensive logistics and distribution strategic plan which drive optimal customer service and profitability.

4. Overseeing & implementation of Projects with cost optimization with time bound project management & also leveraging CAPEX spend & also working capital management

5. Using reverse auction as price negotiation tool

6. Using reverse logistics and multi-mode concept to reduce cost

7- Improving warehousing infrastructure and efficiency. Creating global transportation and international logistics strategies

8. Leading efforts to centralize global distribution spend under corporate leadership from a de-centralized, divisional based structure
