1. Strategically planning and managing logistics, transportation and customer services.

2. Improvement and development of business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures.

3. Process Re-engineering and development of strategies to optimize cost and increasing in efficiency.

4. Negotiation with suppliers/service providers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.

5. Vendor Development

6. Development of risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.

7. Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.

8. Assessment and development of best practices in logistics.
