Head - Logistics - FMCG/Cement

1. Min experience of 15 + years in Supply Chain Logistics and Planning profile for large FMCG or Cement corporation or consumer

2. Experience in leading Logistics profile with handling of ~ 500 CR + spend

3. Working in national Profile or regional profile with Logistics excellence or Transformation profile or strategic role for 2-3 years in his tenure

4. Volume handling of 2000 -2500 Trucks across geography

5. Service level questions on OTIF, OET, OST or EPOD

6. Exposure in Digitization initiative - EPOD, mobile tracking. Led any innovative or disruptive SCM project

7. He\she should have worked on regional Logistics profile for 3-5 years

8. Experience on network modelling, ware house automation and secondary transportation for 2-3 years

9. Drove Logistics productivity initiatives \cost saving of Rs 20 -25 Cr +

10. Drove Transportation negotiation through technology
