Head - Logistics - eCommerce

- Managing PAN India multi-modal transport operations involving Delivery centers / customer locations etc.

- Designing end to end, cost effective transport solutions for finished products (both solid & liquid/ perishable or non perishable) using various modes of transport .

- Managing entire procurement cycle i.e. vendor selection, freight negotiations, vendor empanelment.

- Preparing annual freight budget for multi-modal department.

- Monitoring day to day multi-modal operations, involving coordination with product teams, plants, regional offices, warehouses & service providers for seamless movements.

Yearly negotiation & finalizing contracts for Pan India Distribution & 3PL partners & renewal with cost control.

- Identify opportunities for improvement & provide inputs for Network Optimization .

- Propel SOP Adherence and periodically review to suggest modifications

- Ensure Order TAT / Delivery OTIF metrics and implement Best in-Class class practices for Logistics

- Co-ordinate with the Buyers/Sellers/Logistics Partners/Insurance Partners for managing and resolving Disputes and Returns

- Interface with Finance and Carrier partners to ensure the effective execution of the order to cash cycle including management of accounts receivable
