As per LC etc 	 - Directing Finance and Marketing Department on Payment & Delivery Terms  - Directing team for calming Export incentives 	 - Co-coordinating with Planning, Production and packing team for outbound cargo and directing them as per customer needs  - Co-coordinating with Freight Forwarders & Arranging Local Transportation (containers) and maintaining & Clearing their bills   - Co-ordinate with Packing team for optimum utilization of space of containers 	 - Arranging Ware house to ware house delivery with convenient routing   Domestic Logistics - (Pan India)  Road - 95%, Train - 4%, Air 1%)  - Responsible to Leads, develops, executes, and measures Domestic Transportation and Logistics (Inbound & Outbound) strategies for Repro India Group (RIL Plants, RAPPLES, REPL, RKCL) That are in alignment with the Department and Corporate business objectives.   - Manages a Logistics team to ensure consistency and standardization of policy and process applications.   - Manages Logistics internal and external relationships to ensure effective transportation of material and finished goods at optimal cost.  Fulfillment Center Operation (3PL Warehousing Management)  Responsible for inbound or outbound operations or a functional process responsibility within the 3PL Fulfilment Centre (FC).  This role will ultimately be responsible for day-to-day 3PL (FC) operation of the functional area with emphasis on management of the personnel and managing and improving the flow of goods in and out of the FC.   Packaging & Dispatch Department Operations.   - Responsible for packing & dispatch of goods as per the customer requirement. 	 - Timely execution of packing & dispatch as per the shipment schedule. 	 - Managing & Co-ordinate with Packing & dispatch team for optimum utilization of space.
