Head - Loan Servicing - Bank

We are currently looking for an energetic person to lead the Loan Servicing Team.

The person will be responsible for managing various loan servicing projects involving large loan portfolios or commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on client delivery.

The primary function of this position will be to coordinate with clients, other teams as well as others within the team to ensure that all projects are carried out accurately and within the committed timelines.

The person would also be responsible for implementing, reviewing, improving and automating existing processes including but not limited to, preparation of operational procedures, response to management initiatives, and taking full responsibility of the projects assigned to the team.

The day to day responsibilities will include:

- Providing work direction and technical guidance to team members

- Adhering to service mandate timelines and milestones/deliverable

- Providing status reports and analyzing results to identify problem areas that affect the completion of the projects as assigned

- Ensuring the quality of deliverable sent to client meets the organizational standards

- Ensuring regular communication with the clients with a view to grow the account

Required Skills:

- Minimum experience of 8 years in corporate loan servicing, monitoring and reporting with a minimum of 2 years of project coordination/leading experience

- Extensive knowledge of a variety of loan portfolios; including corporate loans, commercial real estate loans, etc. and of lending principles and procedures

- Must have strong leadership qualities as well as demonstrate initiative, be resourceful and insightful, ability to work independently within a deadline and ultimately be accountable for each project.

- Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office application software.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
