Head of LAS (Loan Against Securities)

- Set-up LAS business Launch, manage and drive penetration of digital LAS product

- Responsible for entire business, including revenue and profitability

- Build the technology platform for seamless digital experience for clients and integrate with the current wealth platform.

- Ensure a competitive product offering differentiated by superior digital client experience.

- Sales & Client servicing, with objective to achieving set objectives for LAS business of the company.

- Responsible for team building & ensure skill enhancement and team development of resources

- Work closely with product & sales to drive LAS business across the organization

- Ensure adherence to the risk compliance and statutory / regulatory compliance policies

- Ensure quality of portfolio through regular reviews and risk assessment
