Job Description :
Job title: Head - Current Account Acquisition Team
Grade Band : Senior Management (SM)
Location : Mumbai
BU / Function: Strategic Conglomerates & Large Corporate Group
Reports to : Country Head - Corporate & Institutional Banking Group
Role Details :
- To develop and deliver the strategy for building a sustainable Current Account (CA) book and franchise for the BU
- To focus on acquisition of new Customer relationships by prospecting hitherto untapped organisations, sectors and market segments with large CA potential
- Enhance the cross sell ratio in existing relationships through TBG product penetration with the objective of building a sustainable CA book
- Define, drive and monitor KPIs related to CA growth, including but not limited to CASA ratio, Self-funding and cross sell %
- Pan India role
- Team size: 8 to 10
- No. of reportees: 4
Education and Work Experience Requirements :
EDUCATION :
Essential requirement: MBA
Preferred :
WORK EXPERIENCE :
Essential requirement: Relationship Management experience in Corporate Banking (15+ years), Team management experience of 7+ years
Preferred: Candidate who has led teams in large and complex organizations
Other requirements:
- In depth knowledge of Customer assessment & onboarding guidelines and laws
- In depth understanding of Transaction Banking products
