Head - Lending - FinTech

- Head of Lending for a Fintech company. The person will be responsible to setting up the entire lending business for the company from scratch

Client Details :

Our client is a well funded Fintech company funded by some of the biggest PE players in the market

Description :

- Conceptualising and implementing the lending product

- Build the strategy to create a profitable loan book for lending business vertical

- Liaising with lenders like Banks, NBFCs and credit bureaus etc. and managing the business relationship.

- Collaborate closely with treasury, technology, operations and the credit team

- Liaising with equity investors like PE/VC funds and HNIs for equity raise for the lending vertical.

- Identifying and creating new business lending opportunities and partnerships.

- Responsible for the new initiatives, strategic alliances & partnerships pertaining to lending vertical.

- Developing a pipeline of value-added customer solutions to include customer experience, products, and service offerings

- Collaborate and engage with compliance, legal, Risk & Underwriting teams to ensure a compliant and robust portfolio

Profile :

- Ex Co-Founders of Fintech/Lending Companies

- 10-15 years of experience in unsecured lending

- Experience of digital lending is an added advantage

- Functional knowledge of all aspects of lending such as credit, collections, sales, product
