Position Summary :

- As part of the Lending business vertical, this position will be responsible for revenue goals and building a profitable loan book from the Financial Institutions segment customers and NBFC.

- The incumbent will also be responsible to create high performance team to add new customers and deepen the existing lending relationships.

- The incumbent should have prior experience in the commercial lending / business lending / corporate banking space

Key Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and build the strategy to create a profitable loan book for lending business vertical in the Financial Institutional Group segment and mid- sized NBFCs.

- Grow the business to strategic intent in the next 3 years.

- Responsible of the Financial Institutional Group & NBFCs loan book, Profit & Loss and delivery of Business Plan., across all relevant matrices of ROI, ROE & Quality of Portfolio.

- Scan the external environment continuously and re-adjust the risk management model on a proactive basis to deliver a low risk and robust portfolio

- Collaborate closely with treasury, technology, operations and the credit services team to create a value added proposition for the Financial Institution Group of customers

- Build an exceptional team of professionals recognized by Financial Services industry.

- To collaborate with treasury team to optimize the COF & lending rate so that the same is aligned with organizations profitability Goals

- Collaborate and engage with compliance, legal, Risk & Underwriting teams to ensure a compliant and robust portfolio

Candidate Profile :

- 12 or more years of experience in Lending domain.

- This individual should be skilled at developing relationships with the client and their Key Management Team members.

- The incumbent should possess proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, a strong work and travel ethic, strong execution and multi-tasking skills.

- Strong understanding of typical business flows of a commercial financial institution - preferably NBFC or bank.

- Master's Degree in Finance or Business Administration or a Chartered Accountant

- Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze strategic, business and operational issues facing a complex business enterprise, to analyze key risk and compliance issues and to work with business partners to arrive at practical solutions to meet business objectives within applicable legal and ethical bounds
