Job Description
1. Managing the legal framework of the organization across geographies in 90 countries
2. Defining the processes and systems and enable the environment for automation and processes to create business enabled legal support system
3. Defining and develop standard contracts / MoUs governing all areas of operations.
4. Create a legal organization in such a way so as to support and match the dynamism of the Company
5. Responsible for all legal and regulatory matters and ensuring that the company’s products are protected under Intellectual Property Rights.
6. Providing Advisory support - Advising on legal initiatives and options, on regulatory issues impacting the interests of the business; Coordination on litigation strategy and counsel engagement, briefing and vetting
documentation of representation(s) before the judicial/ quasi judicial authorities;
7. Ensure that the legal affairs of the organization and the financial principles are as per the defined guideline/ norms
8. Conducting Annual General meeting of the organization
9. Examines the mergers and acquisitions deals/transactions for legal aspects e.g. IPR, compliance, conditions, and precedents and suggest amendments for smooth acquisitions.
Educational Qualification
- L.L.B., M.L.L. / Corporate Laws / CS
