Head - Legal & Regulatory - Hospitality

We have an urgent opening for the position of Head legal and Regulatory with a diversified Business Group.

The job Location is Mumbai.

The candidate must possess minimum 15- 20 years of overall experience in Hospitality industry, must be a graduate-LLM /LLB.

Candidate must be from Hospitality Industry.

The job responsibilities will be:

- Provide analysis and counsel on legal, policy, and environmental issues, mergers & acquisitions, financial offerings, financial structuring, non-disclosure agreements, outsourcing agreements and business strategic planning

- Provide checklist on legal issues for operational teams in each territory

- Provide legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits

- Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company

- To ensure that the company is not put through any financial risk or loss on account of improper or inadequate title

- Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues

- Represent the Company or its officials in various legal proceedings

- Prepare legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations
