Our client is one of the largest conglomerates in India, with a strong Pan-India presence across various real estate sectors.

We are seeking a leadership 'Executive Director/EVP Legal' with expertise in Real Estate, Private Equity, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

Key Requirements:.

Real estate experience is a MUST.

Industry: Real Estate developers, RE Funds or Law firms with Real Estate experience.

Experience in real estate 'M&A transactions' is a MUST.

Education: Law.

Work experience: 15 to 22 years max.

- Lead the legal strategy and compliance for the real estate sector, focusing on M&A transactions, private equity, and regulatory frameworks.

- This role requires expertise in real estate law, deal structuring, and risk management to support the companys growth and expansion.
