Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic legal advice and support to senior management, including the CFO and CEO.

- Oversee all legal activities of the company and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with customers, suppliers, and partners.

- Liaise with government bodies and regulatory agencies on legal and compliance matters.

- Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.

- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and advise the company accordingly.

- Collaborate with the Marketing and Regulatory departments to review promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and product labeling for compliance with legal requirements.

- Handle legal disputes, litigation, and other legal matters as they arise.
