Position: Head Legal

Location: Andheri E ( Mumbai)

Experience - 8- 13 years

Principal Responsibilities

- Overall in charge of company's "legal and compliance" and associated activity.

- Be responsible for all matters pertaining to laws and regulations applicable to the business.

- Determine optimal compliance programs to ensure compliance with aforementioned laws and



- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and implement appropriate responses.

- Provide hands-on negotiation, drafting and administration of contracts, including finance, commercial, real estate, intellectual property licensing, and other related contracts

- Draft and maintain template agreements for use with third parties.

- To advise the Company on all Legal matters.

- To deal with Law firms on behalf of the organization.

- To take care of all Legal documentation as far as Company's purchase/leasing/hiring of properties.

- Drafting & vetting various Commercial Documents.

- To follow up on various Civil Litigations pending before the Courts and also to take care of Arbitration matters.

- He/ She will lead a team of qualified professionals
