Head - Legal - NBFC

Key Responsibilities:-

- Will handle legal requirement for Large big-ticket transaction.

- Documentation - Ensure to do in house documentation for structured deals and corporate, construction finance, consortium lending, syndication and down sell transactions.

- Engage and manage reputed law firms for the structured deals and high-ticket recovery litigation.

- Legal due diligence including title due diligence for the structured deals.

- Discussion and negotiations with the clients on the documentation and settling of the drafts.

- Conversant with the corporate laws, including hands on experience in NHB guidelines and Compliance matters.

- Exposure of handling corporate loans and providing legal support for large ticket loans and reporting to Credit Committee.

- Flair for getting into transaction level analysis and investigations.

- Thorough understanding of mortgage business.
