Legal Head with a CS qualification (non IT and non Consulting background)

One of our clients in the Manufacturing Industry is looking for a Head Legal profile with a CS background for their Corporate office at Kolkata.

The primary job responsibilities include:

1. Strong litigation experience.

2. Contracts - the candidate should be able to draft / review and formalise agreements.

3. Managing the disciplinary framework for internal employees.

4. Act as a liason between the organisation and various other legal agencies

5. Strong foothold in IPR.

6. Advise Management on strategic Business decisions

7. Support Management in the various litigation cases

The ideal candidate should be primarily from good corporate houses., having handled big conglomerates.
