Head - Legal - LLB - Real Estate

To provide expert and strategic legal advice to the organization and includes:

- Draft and execute the legal documentation of the organization and it's various functions within the Company in a manner that best protects the legal interests of the company and minimize the risks.

- Evaluate the ongoing litigations and provide comprehensive suggestions and solutions in the best interests of the company and achieve reduction in litigation related costs.

- Lead the Due - diligence of lands and vetting of legal documentation and provide speed and accuracy.

- Providing advisory inputs on taxation matters and deal structuring (Joint Development, Joint Venture, and Outright purchase) from legal point of view.

- Proactively anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically. Provide the best solutions for risk mitigation.

- Deal with complex legal situations should they arise on account of any reasons and provide sound legal advice to lead from the front to handle such situations.

- Proactively map the legislative/regulatory/statutory changes that may impact the business and provide solutions and implementation strategy in the best interest of the Company.

- Advice on matters pertaining to setting up new products for the company from the legal perspective.

- Educating internal customers on contract drafting, RERA etc. & other legal issues related to their respective areas of operation

- Look after the Company Secretarial function for the Group.

Functional Skills :

- Strong at developing process mechanism & tracking them.

- Very good written & verbal English communication, drafting & presentation skills.

Soft Skills :

- Negotiating skill for resolving issues.

- Very good leadership qualities like problem solving, attitude to work, working through teams, strong communication skills, Result orientation, Detail orientation etc.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task within demanding timeframes.

Technical Skills :

- Excellent knowledge of litigation process and management

- Must have a hawk's eye for detail.

- Must be highly experienced in Corporate Legal advisory.

- Should have sound Finance & Accounting knowledge

Qualification :

Essential : LLB from reputed institutes

Desirable : CA/CFA/MBA Finance/CS
