Head - Legal - LLB/LLM - Education Startup

Senior Consultant or Expert who will spend majority of their time managing and organizing the team and part of their time working as technical expert. Involves technical management and mentoring of the team.

Location ; Mumbai

Postion : Legal Head

Legal & Compliance:

- Contract drafting, vetting and negotiations

- Regulatory compliances and reviews

- Systematic and complete compliance of all RBI requirements.

- Filing and book keeping

- Work to implement Global and Local Compliance Policies

- Establishing and building relationships with relevant business units and information sources/providers through appropriate business interface.

Desired Profile:

- 3+ years experience in Legal in an organization

- Smart, confident, eye for detail

- Can work in least supervision

- Should be comfortable with documentation for capital infusions, due diligence, esops.
