Head - Legal - LLB/LLM

Position: Head Legal

Work Location: Chennai

Qualification: LLB/LLM

Purpose: To handle general agreements, IPR, Litigation matters and lead a team

Key Responsibilities:

- To independently provide advice, opine, review, draft, execute and negotiate different agreements pertaining to the business of the company with internal and external counterparties.

- Provide litigation support and advice, engage with external counsels in India and abroad.

- Provide support to the IP team in terms of searches, opinions etc.

- Take care of drafting and execution of the legal documents in compliance with all applicable laws including provisions relating to stamp duty.

- Having a working knowledge of general corporate and commercial laws, labor laws etc.

Key skills:

- Fluent in speaking and writing English.

- MS office and basic skills

- Taking initiative/ Go getter
