Head - Legal/Joint General Manager/General Manager - Manufacturing Firm

- 15 to 20 years

- Must have exposure in Company Law, CPC, CrPC, IPC.

- Must have experience of at least 5 to 8 years of practice with High Court, NCLT & NCLAT as Standing Counsel and / or in a legal Corporate environment.

- Good experience in Adjudication

- Well versed with legal drafting of petition / documents

- Must have independently represented companies before various Judicial and Quasi-Judicial forum

- Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters.

- Must be able to anticipate and plan for all legal risks, business implications and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.

- Advise the leadership team on legal matters critical for the growth of the business.

- Legal Negotiation skills

- Good communication skill
