Head - Legal

- Manage the legal affairs of the organization, providing strategic guidance and legal support to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Managing complex legal matters, and advising senior management on legal risks and opportunities.

- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial transactions, contract law, regulatory compliance, and litigation management.

- Extensive experience in handling litigations for the organisation both Corporate and criminal

- Must have handled litigations for criminal cases.

- Experience in handling corporate litigations including PMLA, DRT matters, Sec 138 cases, IBC matters, writs, etc.

- Experience in Managing, drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial transactions, legal documents and contracts.

- Develop and implement the organization's legal strategy

- Rendered strategic legal advisory, research, support in legal matters including real Estate, FEMA, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Human Resources Concerns, Stamp Duty Issues, Trust & Society Laws, Labour laws.

- Manage and oversee all legal matters, litigation, and regulatory proceedings involving the organization.
