Head - Legal - Hospital

Responsible for providing all legal advice to the Organisation for multi-locations with the leadership team to deliver on business objectives. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws will be a key responsibility. Further, the person should be well versed with other areas of law such as contract management, litigation especially medico-legal cases, and general legal advice.

Preferably with experience in Healthcare / Hospitals background.

- In-depth knowledge of best clinical practices followed across medical/hospital sector;

- Strong understanding and knowledge of the regulatory framework and laws governing the safety of patients, sale and storage of drugs, disposal of medical waste, environmental issues, medico-legal laws, etc;

- Understanding of regulatory compliances required for setting up and running of hospitals
