- Urgently Looking for a Head - Legal & Compliances with a Eduloan Company at Mumbai

- Looking only from NBFC or Fintech Companies.

- The Head of Legal, Compliance is responsible for coordinating legal and compliance advice, manage company secretary responsibilities, protecting the legal interests of the Company.

- The position shall handle all legal and compliance matters arising from our organization As a member of the Legal Department team.

- The Head - Legal & Compliance will provide legal advice and guidance to senior management in India on a wide range of issues, including but not limited to employment issues, corporate issues, contracting, as well as corporate governance. 

- The role will support Legal matters locally, such as overseeing local compliance and fraud-mitigation programs, and anticipating and guarding against legal risks facing the Company.
