Head - Legal & CS - FMCG

With one of the leading FMCG Company we have an opportunity for the position of Legal Head.

- Handling Company Secretary and Legal profile.

Key Requirements (Knowledge Skills & Experience):

- At least 18-20 years of corporate legal experience of which at least 5 years in handling issues related to Intellectual Property Rights, particularly in transactions. Must have worked in a (common law) law firm.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse and global set of co-workers and third parties.

- Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions is desirable.

- Familiarity with providing legal advice to an FMCG company in general is a must.

- Must be comfortable providing legal advice to all levels of Management.

- Must demonstrate experience in legal matters, including corporate organization, securities compliance, drafting transnational documents, employment law, immigration law, regulatory matters, risk management and contract management.
