To lead the Legal and Corporate Secretarial Department so as to ensure timely compliances of various corporate laws, through implementation of information systems. Implement and monitor on continuous basis good corporate governance in the organization for the benefit of society in general and investor in particular. To actively take part in the decision making process in the organization

- Looking after Secretarial and Legal functions of the Company.

- Advising top management on various Secretarial and Legal issues.

- Assisting top management in taking Strategic decision making.
