Drafting & Compliance

- Aid in the development and drafting of all customer loan documents and legal documents- keeping in mind law of the land, regulatory directives, general and specific regulations and RBI directives - All this while ensuring that legal interest of the organization is best protected and of paramount focus -

- Ensure that all one off formats and documents are vetted and drafted in quick time so as to ensure smooth operation of the business.

- Ensure that all the systems, operations, policies and processes of the business are checked and vetted so as to ensure that there is no gap which create any legal or compliance issue with any stake holder what-so ever and that the organizations interest is always best protected.

- Ensure that all vendor agreements / MOUs / LOIs or any other legal document is drafted and/or vetted by this person.

Complaints & Communications

- To respond to all customer complaints and legal notices if any

- To respond to all regulatory queries

- To ensure that all general and marketing communication is vetted and suitably drafted in lines with law of the land - To ensure all incentives & awards are given in line with the law of land

- Delinquent / Fraud / NPA / Recovery Management

- To ensure that suitable communication is send to defaulting and chronic customers

- To ensure that suitable legal action is taken against erring customers in line with the clauses of our agreement

- To manage and handle the legal agencies and external lawyers who aid in the NPA / Legal Cases against customers to recover our dues.

- To create very robust and aggressive legal infrastructure and frame work to help the organization to take aggressive credit risk in line with the strategic intent of organization.

- To be aware of all regulatory and legal tools available to a NBFC to secure the best interest against a defaulting borrower.
