Head - Legal & Company Secretary - FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing Firm - LLB/CS

KRA :

- To provide overall direction and guidelines for the legal and secretarial team for all aligned businesses in the company.

- Providing direction for compliance of the Companies Act / Listing regulations / Updations on amendments.

- Providing guidance and direction for renewal of Contracts / Brand Infringements / Property disposal matters.

- Timely information / reports to Directors / Shareholders

- Convene Board Meetings / Risk Committee Meetings and other Secretarial & appropriate Advisory and Legal action as required.

REQUIREMENTS :

Age : 45 - 52years (Appx)

Experience : 20 -25years (Appx)

Qualifications : LLB & CS
