Head - Legal - BFSI/BPO/KPO

- The job holder is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the legal department, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and regulatory risks.

- Alignment of the business requirement to the legal and regulatory compliances and thereby minimising the legal and regulatory risk.

- Networks effectively with such third party groups/organisation and relates well to individuals at all levels.

- Demonstrate core knowledge of and experience with handling complex legal and regulatory matters.

- Keeping abreast of legislations, guidelines and customer practices of domestic and partner markets.

- Develops guidelines and other process controls to address regulatory compliance risks and contribute to
periodic updates of implemented guidelines and controls.

- Periodically revising internal policy programmes in light of changes in the needs of the organization, and
in the law and policies and procedures of government.

- Providing strategic advice to management on legal and regulatory affairs.

- Integrated knowledge and understanding of legal and regulatory affairs in an IT/ITES environment.

- Ability to provide advice to senior level management on legal and regulatory issues.

- Excellent relationship management and communications skill; technical and leadership skills.
