Head - Legal - BFSI

- Write, execute, and negotiate - contracts and agreements.

- Act as In house counsel for range of legal issues.

- Assist is expansion, forming Joint ventures and partnerships.

- Assist in Mergers & Acquisition.

Desired Profile:

- At least 12 years as a legal counsel in a bank or insurance company.

- Should have good contacts in SEBI / IRDA
