Summary:

We are looking for a Legal Head for a leading Indian baby care brand revolutionizing the industry with eco-friendly and innovative products.

Responsibilities:

- Manage trademarks and Intellectual Property (IP) portfolios.

- Conduct trademark searches, registrations, and handle opposition procedures.

- Draft and file legal documents related to trademarks, designs, and copyrights.

- Handle rectification proceedings, injunction matters, and cease & desist notices.

- Ensure compliance with IP laws and provide strategic legal guidance.

- Collaborate with teams to address IP-related challenges.

Requirements:

- Law graduate from a recognized university.

- 3+ years of experience in trademarks and IP.

- Strong expertise in trademark journals, affidavits, and opposition processes.

- Superior drafting and communication skills.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments independently.
