Retail Leasing Head

- Develop and execute retail expansion strategies in line with the brand's overall business objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential locations and opportunities for new store openings.

- Identify and secure prime retail locations for new stores, negotiate lease terms and agreements with property owners and developers.

- Manage lease renewals, relocations, and closures of existing stores.

- Prepare and oversee the budget for retail expansion and business development activities

- Demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in retail leasing and business development, particularly within the F&B or retail sector, is preferred.
