Description
- To achieve the gross leasing & net leasing targets set out
- Formulate the leasing strategy and develop the leasing plan for the mall as per the positioning.
- Attain rate leadership in the market
- Make the Developer the first port of call for all brands entering the country or for new brands being created within the country. Network and utilise existing International contact base & relationships to pull new, contemporary brands in to the country using the developer's brand value.
- Create a network of market Information which gives us a lead in leasing.
- Train the team to achieve timely leasing targets within the business plan framework.
- Ensure documentation is 100% compliant at all times with the lease admin dept.
- Coordinate with Internal departments to smoothly complete leasing deals/ processes/ timely fitouts
- Manage excellent relationship with tenants, partners and ensure high level of Client satisfaction.
- Create an excellent pool of waitlist brands.
- Legal acumen to negotiate very tight contracts.
Profile
- 15-20 Years of Work Experience Required in Retail Leasing
- Previously worked on the Brand Side or at IPCs - Preferred
- Good Network of Industry Contacts
