- Business development for vacant areas in the portfolio assigned
- Develop new channel partners / brokers
- Ensure visit to site with prospective clients for providing them an insight about the commercial space/property pre/post execution
- Initiate negotiations with prospective customers along with Leasing Lead /Head-M&L to ensure deal closure
- Execute lease agreements as per SOP
- Assist collections team as and when needed to recover disputed recoveries as per SOP
- Responsible to achieve the revenue and margin targets for the assigned portfolio
- Timely collection of the advance and security amount.
