- A second-generation very large family-run transnational business, a market leader in the "furnishing" space is on a transformational journey of revamping into a corporate powerhouse. With a significant growth ambition and meticulously crafted expansion plans, the leadership wishes to onboard a strong talent pool that can play an integral role in reshaping the way the business is run and putting it ahead of the competition.

- Reporting directly to the CHRO, the Head of Learning & Organizational Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the learning and development initiatives and organizational effectiveness within the company. With 15-18 years of experience, the individual will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive learning programs, talent development strategies, and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the overall learning and development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

2. Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, and employee onboarding.

3. Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions to address them.

4. Oversee the design and delivery of e-learning platforms, virtual training, and other innovative learning technologies.

5. Drive talent development initiatives, including succession planning, high-potential programs, and career development frameworks.

6. Partner with internal stakeholders to assess organizational needs and develop change management strategies for major initiatives.

7. Establish metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning and development programs.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning, talent development, and organizational development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree is highly preferred.

2. 15-18 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or related roles with at least 3 years in a leadership role

3. Proven track record in designing and implementing comprehensive learning programs and talent development strategies.

4. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.

5. Experience in leading change management initiatives and driving organizational effectiveness.

6. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

9. Ability to manage ambiguity and under minimal supervision
