Job responsibilities :

- In charge of the South Asia organization development, people development and skills training

- Set the people development strategy to support South Asia business / operations

- Identify appropriate training and development needs according to the SA business direction to formulate and implement the yearly training plan for the organization

- Strengthen SA leadership and management competency development (e.g set and implement the competency development strategies according to the manpower plan and business direction in SA)

- Cultivates the learning culture in SA

- Work with regional training team to implement Corporate training and development programs, initiatives and systems

- Facilitate training programs especially on leadership and management areas

- Provide appropriate OD interventions according to the organization needs

- Provide platform to facilitate post-training application with the participants- managers. Evaluate training effectiveness and business impacts created.

- Be able to lead or assist on regional and /or global training projects

- Build an capable in-house trainer pool to support Internal trainings

- Drive a solid in-house trainer / consultant management process

- Coaches and develop team members

- Build and maintain relationships with external training vendors, universities and other relevant institutions

- Manage mobile learning and Learning Management System

- Performs other duties as directed.
