Our client is part of BFSI and we are looking for someone to develop & implement organisation development, organisation effectiveness, learning & leadership development, & talent management strategy with the objective of managing the employees' entire life & learning cycle within the limits of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

1] Strategy & process co-creation

- Understand strategic direction of the organisation/business unit

- Facilitate & co-facilitate strategic offsite to co-create business unit's strategy in line with overall organisation strategy & direction

- Facilitate & cull out process design & document post offsite & ensure implementation in order to cascade & integrate organisation strategy across businesses/functions

2] Organisation diagnosis, Development, design & change orchestration

- Design & implement change programs by serving as subject matter expert;

- Design various diagnostics (vision, values, culture, direction, effectiveness, leadership, team, engagement, character, satisfaction) to ascertain the current state of the organisation, team, leadership

- Design & facilitate desired change in order to empower every constituent in fulfilling individual & collective goal

3] Managerial & leadership identification & development

- Diagnosis of leadership development needs & talent pools, defining of leadership competency framework, creation of leadership framework across levels/roles in order to build leadership muscles & strength to drive organisation performance

- Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards

4] Value institualisation & cultural synergy

- Co-create the core purpose & institutional values of the organisation;

- Define values with clear indicators & embed it to bring cultural synergy by initiating open house, 360 degree team feedback, creation of psychometric instrument around it, making it part of PMS & R&R, talent acquisition, orientation, competency framework, learning & development & leadership development in order to Bring cultural synergy & embed functional DNA

5] Explore digital trends across sectors and integrate various digital methods in domains viz. Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Leadership Development for improved employee experience

6] Plan functional budgets, forecast costs; monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc., as required.

7] Define, monitor and report the tangible benefits for major OE projects and initiatives.

8] Plan and deliver interventions personally where necessary to compliment that provided externally or internally by others.

9] Works in close collaboration with the HRBPs to ensure alignment with business, people priorities, and OE strategies and tactics.

10] Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organisation as appropriate.

Educational Qualifications and Experience Requirement :

a] Post graduate degree in organisation behaviour, design, development or change management with additional qualification in learning & development & proves & group facilitation

b] Over 15 years of relevant experience in OD, OE, Leadership development, Talent management, culture and L &D - both designing the framework and implementing the same in the Banking sector preferably the Learning and Organizational Development functions
