Role
Lead the Learning/OD function at strategic leadership level ; should have operated at high level of influence
- Strong exposure to OD, top team effectiveness, coaching, leadership transformation
- Integrate with global L&D function ; experience in Human Capital consulting will be good
- Implement leadership programs
- Conduct and facilitate leadership trainings
- Map capabilities of individuals in COE, Sales Planning and Sales Management and develop individual development framework
- Learning effectiveness
Integrate processes and lead new initiatives in strategic workforce planning, forecasting, performance management and succession planning.
Person should have had 13-18 years experience in HR and at least 6-8 years in OD leadership function. Must have a natural bent of mind to develop capability, systemic thinking, succession planning and executive coaching.
WOULD PREFER PROFESSIONALS FROM Banking/Financial ServicesFMCG/MANUFACTURING or PHARMA industry
