Role Contour: Define and implement integrated talent management initiatives that will include (but not limited to) role and competency definition, grading, career pathing, employee engagement, succession planning, learning and development
Accountabilities:
- Design the organizational level plans for various Talent Management activities (e.g. competency framework, employee engagement survey, creating talent pool, identification of critical job roles, assessment center, development centre, succession planning, etc.)
- Review the Competency framework and its relevance from time to time
- Develop the succession planning matrix for critical Job Roles and update it from time to time
- Conduct Assessment centers and Development centers at regular intervals to identify and prepare Future Leaders. Prepare action plan to plug the gaps and prepare IDP (Individual development plan) in consultation with Function Heads
- Develop annual training calendar for different job roles in consultation with function heads. Ensure timely implementation of the planned calendar
- Monitor the Training Certification of technical roles through internal supervisors and external training vendors
- Do end to end coordination with external training vendors/ content development teams to design and develop relevant content. Ensure relevance of the content to Protean requirements
- Track and analyse promotion, rotation, separation of talent pool in various Functions, Roles and Grades.
- Cascade organizational Values, develop programs for employee engagement
