Ideal candidate :
- Should have been in a leadership L&D role
- Should have managed a strength of at least 1000 employees
- Should be currently based in or open to relocate to Hyderabad
-Should be adept at creating content and delivering it as well
Role :
- Spearhead the process of analysis of data to shortlist relevant training requirements basis quantum and relevance of requests
- Lead discussions with HODs / HOCs / relevant stakeholders to finalise learning plans
- Partner with LDC for capability building of associates and ensure relevance of programs
- Mainitaining process compliance and L&D governance across functions/regions
- MIS & Reporting - sharing periodic dashboards
- Vendor Management - creating and maintaining a ready repository of best L&D partners/consultants
