Job Description :
- To lead and drive the People Capability & Talent Management agenda across Corporate Office & R&D. To support Field & Plant for the same as and when required.

Our client is a well-established firm in the Pharmaceutical industry, boasting a large workforce across multiple locations in India.
Description:
Capability Development for Corporate Office and R&D:
1.Design, Develop and Deliver - the Learning needs across hierarchy - with internal / external facilitators.
2.Design and Develop Leadership Capability agenda - focussing on themes of the organisation - i.e. Strategy, People, Digitisation etc.
3.Partner with Universities/institute/Consulting Firms/etc through whom specific capability intervention can be customised & delivered for company needs
4.Facilitate and Anchor Team Building / Outbound Programmes for teams.
5.Anchor Coaching Workshop for Managers to evaluate, assess and give feedback to teams
6.Strategies, Design, Develop, and Deploy Digital Learning across the Organisation.
7. Any other learning interventions based on stakeholder / business needs.
8. Support the administration of learning management systems (LMS), including user management, content upload, and reporting.
9. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and other evaluation methods.
Employee Engagement & Wellness:
10. Employee Engagement - To support in designing & deploying of employee engagement survey and the cascade of the analysis and action plan if any.
11. Wellness - To drive employee wellness initiative through vendor. ie EAP support and wellness webinars.
Carry out various assignments, which are assigned within the agreed timelines.
Talent Management:
12. Define, Design and Release JB Leadership Framework
13. Launch Talent Management framework based on (8) above - cutting across hierarchy with N-1 and N-2 as priority agenda.
14. Drive the leadership intervention in line with the phase leadership matrix across levels of hierarchy.
15. Organise and Facilitate Talent Review Board for specific hierarchy
16. Design & develop competency matrix for various roles & hierarchy
17. Partner with appropriate agencies to build assessment & development centres for hierarchy in N-5, N-4, N-3
18. Build and Drive a culture of individuals owning their development needs by driving IDPs and help support making the IDP an individual's - with periodic review Integrate TM in our PMS and vice versa
19. Digitise and automate the L&D and TM agenda across company
Profile:
A successful 'Head - Learning, Development & Talent Management' should have:
- Qualification: MBA from reputed / recognised institute
- No. of year's exp: 12-15+ yrs experience in the L&D and Talent Management Domain
- Soft skills: Effective communication skills, Collaboration, Execution Excellence, Attention to
detail, Stakeholder management
- Languages: English, Hindi and any other regional language will be an added advantage
- Gravitas in personality
- Experience of being in L&D Leadership role for at least two years
