1. Head the LD vertical would drive the function of learning across
a. Product
b. Behavioural aspects
2. Should have experience in financial products
3. Strong ability around administration and managing people
5. Understanding about markets and products
6. Deliver presentations and workshops
7. Groom LD managers in content and delivery
8. Maintaining and developing relationships with internal stakeholders
9. Understanding process and product requirements from frontend and creating content
10. Improve the learning quotient of the employee which will help to
a. Increase employee productivity
b. Multi product cross sell
c. Client feedback and satisfaction
d. Sale process efficiencies
11. Previous experience of facilitating learning in small groups
12. Previous experience of training delivery
13. Previous experience of designing training materials would be beneficial
14. Motivated to develop real excellence in delivering quality training to audiences
15. The ability to work with and influence senior people within an organisation and to devise in collaboration with colleagues commercially realistic and effective training solutions
16. Effective communication - verbal and written, delivered with enthusiasm and impact
